Kodawari Ramen - Yokochō is on Rue Mazarine, in Saint-Germain-des-Prés. Its decor recreates a narrow Tokyo alley, with lanterns, signs and the sounds of the city.
The ramen are generous and carefully made, with rich broths and fresh noodles, at very moderate prices. It is one of the cheapest addresses in the MICHELIN selection in Paris. Expect to queue.
