Le Jules Verne is on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower, reached by its own private lift from the south pillar. Its large windows look out over the Seine, the Trocadéro and the whole of Paris.
The cooking is modern French, precise and elegant, worthy of the setting rather than relying on it. It is one of the most sought-after tables in the city: book far in advance and ask for a window table if possible.
