Virtus is on Rue de Cotte, a quiet street next to the Marché d'Aligre in the 12th arrondissement. It is run by a chef duo whose cooking combines French technique with influences from their own backgrounds.
The tasting menus are creative, precise and full of flavour, served in a small, cosy dining room. Virtus received its second MICHELIN Star in the 2026 edition, confirming its place among the most exciting tables in eastern Paris.
