L'Ours is the restaurant of chef Jacky Ribault, on Rue de l'Église in Vincennes, just outside the eastern edge of Paris and a short walk from the château and the woods.
The cooking is modern and creative, with a strong sense of produce and well-crafted flavours. The dining room is warm and contemporary. Easy to reach by metro, it is one of the best tables in the eastern suburbs.
