Plénitude is the gastronomic restaurant of Cheval Blanc Paris, the luxury hotel opened in the restored Samaritaine building on the banks of the Seine. Chef Arnaud Donckele built his menu around sauces, which he treats as the starting point of each dish rather than a finishing touch.
The small dining room looks over the river and the Pont Neuf. Expect a highly personal tasting menu, precise and generous in flavour, and service worthy of a palace.
