Tomy & Co is on Rue Surcouf, in the 7th arrondissement close to Les Invalides. Its chef, of Cambodian origin and trained in great French kitchens, grows many of his vegetables in his own garden.
The cooking is modern, generous and full of flavour, with a strong vegetable presence and subtle Asian touches. The dining room is relaxed and the prices fair for a starred table.
