Sushi B is a tiny sushi counter on Rue Rameau, facing the Square Louvois in the 2nd arrondissement, near the Opéra and the Bourse. Only a few guests sit in front of the chef.
The omakase menu follows Japanese tradition, with fish of exceptional quality and perfectly seasoned rice, served piece by piece. A quiet, intimate experience: book early.
